This phase provides the opportunity to offset  remaining emissions from the ports' direct and indirect sources (scope 1 and 2), to achieve the highest level of emissions reduction and become carbon neutral.

The Programme allows for significant flexibility at this phase and an extended portfolio of verified offsetting projects are available.

Following close consultation with the participant contact, Carbon Positive will develop the most cost-effective offsetting strategy, determine the reduction target, carry out a financial and risk analysis and select the most suitable offset project.

You will have access to an extensive portfolio of high quality offset projects and benefit from ongoing carbon market intelligence and carbon training to help you maximise your reduction strategy. Moreover, Carbon Positive will set up a monitoring system to monitor your carbon status on an ongoing basis, which will be accurately reported and verified.
