How we store your information and keep it secure

Carbon Positive will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep any information that we have about you secure, and to ensure that all personal information we have relating to you is correct and up-to-date. In addition, all Carbon Positive employees and contractors are required to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Carbon Positive. We will not reveal your name, email address or any other information we collect about you to any third party without your permission. If you are a Carbon Positive customer, you can also play an important role in keeping your personal information secure by keeping your password secret and not forgetting it. If you do forget it, simply click on the "Forgot password?" link on the LOGIN page to have your password reset and sent to you automatically.


How you can access and change the information we keep about you

Your trust in Carbon Positive is very important to us.  You are welcome to request details of your information. Email us at carbonpositive@carbonpositive.com
If you are a customer and change email address, you can change these details by logging in on the Carbon Positive homepage and going to the Account Admin section (linked at the top left of the page). This allows us to redirect email newsletters and customer notifications to your new address and ensures your Carbon Positive customer web access is maintained.


Our communication with you
We will not send you promotional email from ourselves or third parties without first asking you whether you wish to have it sent to you. Please allow up to five days for any email request to be processed.
